The Ulster Angling Federation is pleased to announce a significant upgrade to our administrative and governance infrastructure. We have officially moved to a dedicated Google Workspace environment to ensure better transparency, data security, and streamlined communication.
As part of this improvement, we have established dedicated group email addresses. These will ensure that your inquiries reach the correct team immediately.
New Federation Contact Points
Department | Email Address | Purpose |
Governance | Constitutional matters and Federation oversight.
Complaints | Formal grievances and dispute resolution.
Safeguarding | Child protection and welfare inquiries.
Data Protection | GDPR and privacy-related matters.
Coaching | Coaching courses, development, and certification. |
How This Helps Our Members
Each of these addresses is monitored by a lead officer and a support team. This group-based approach ensures that even if one volunteer is away, your correspondence is seen and handled by the wider team.
The leads for these groups are responsible for delegating tasks and ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently or escalated to the Board of Directors when necessary.
With a strong membership base of around 60 clubs consisting of thousands of individual anglers, the Federation is dedicated to promoting and developing angling in Northern Ireland.
